MBPJ to go easy on issuing summonses

The park-and-display coupon system is being introduced in stages.

NO PARKING summonses will be issued to motorists around Petaling Jaya if there are no parking coupon agents or parking machines in the vicinity.

Petaling Jaya City Council spokesman said the council was aware that not all commercial area within the city has retail places selling the park-and-display coupons or functioning coin machines.
