Seacera gets RM242m housing contract in Terengganu

KUALA LUMPUR: Seacera Group Bhd has secured a RM242mil contract from Fire Global Development Sdn Bhd to undertake a mixed development housing project in  Bandar Permaisuri, Terengganu.

It said on Monday its unit  Seacera Builders Sdn Bhd would build 989 houses on 110.87 acres of government land registered under  Lembaga Tabung Amanah Warisan Negeri Terengganu.

The tenure of the contract is 60 months from the go-ahead for the building plan of the project. It added the project is targeted at government staff.
