PETALING JAYA: Information and communications technology (ICT) company Sterling Progress Bhd saw the exit of its single largest shareholder following a RM20.21mil-worth off-market transaction yesterday.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Sterling Progress announced that its major shareholder, FNS Avenue Sdn Bhd, has disposed of its entire 29% stake or 80.83 million shares in the company, at a price of 25 sen apiece.
