Salcon to replace pipes for Air Selangor

KUALA LUMPUR: Salcon Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Salcon Engineering Bhd, has been awarded a RM13.17mil pipe replacement project by Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Salcon said the proposed project in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya would start on Oct 2 and be completed on Jan 1, 2019.

It said the construction project had no option for renewal.

“The project is expected to contribute positively towards Salcon Group’s earnings and net assets for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2018 and Dec 31, 2019,” it added. - Bernama
