Multi Sports shareholder calls for special meeting


PETALING JAYA: Paramjit Singh Gill, the major shareholder of sports-shoe manufacturer Multi Sports Holdings Ltd, is requisitioning the company to convene a special general meeting to appoint five new directors.

The company said in a stock exchange filing that Paramjit proposed the meeting to seek shareholders’ approval to appoint Kasinathan Tulasi, Naren Anand Gill, Clarence Yeow, Cheh Chee Mun and Guan Swee Kee as directors of Multi Sports.
