Man with samurai sword faces additional charges

A swordsmanship instructor and tattoo artist accused of having a samurai sword without lawful purpose may face additional charges, a court heard.

Chua Teck Choon also known as Peter, 39, was back in court yesterday after his remand at the Institute of Mental Health for psychiatric evaluation.
