Haze: Pahang, Tanjung Malim schools to close

PETALING JAYA: The Education Ministry has ordered schools in Pahang and Tanjung Malim in Perak to close on Monday due to the worsening haze situation.

As of 6pm on Sunday, the API readings for Pahang and Tanjung Malim were at 115 and 145 respectively.

Earlier, the ministry announced the schools closure for those in Selangor, Wilayah Persekutuan, Putrajaya, Negri Sembilan, Sri Aman and Samarahan in Sarawak.
