Malaysian undergrad injured in Taiwan blast


PETALING JAYA: A third-year pharmaceutical undergraduate from Malaysia suffered second degree burns on her hands and legs from a freak explosion at a water park in New Taipei City, Taiwan.

Lin Shi Li, 23, from Yong Peng, Johor, was one of 500 party-goers who were injured when coloured powder attached on their skins combusted on Saturday.
