Hindu shrine in Penang splattered with faeces

GEORGE TOWN: A Hindu shrine in Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling was found to have been splattered with faeces on Saturday.

A flower seller whose stall is located nearby said he discovered the shrine’s plastic panel covering soiled with faeces at about 7am.
