Report that Robert Kuok’s wife found dead false

PETALING JAYA: A Korean news agency report claiming that the wife of businessman Robert Kuok was found dead due to heart failure at a Seoul hotel Thursday is false.

The report claimed a 65-year-old, whom news agency Yonhap identified as Kuok's wife, had been found dead in a hotel due to an apparent heart attack.

The woman was found in a room at Hotel Shilla in central Seoul at 12.45pm, police said.

Sources close to the family told The Star that the woman was not Kuok's wife, Ho Poh Lin.
