Kamalanathan calls on students to be proactive in improving English proficiency


KUALA LUMPUR: Young Malaysians must be proactive in improving their command of the English language, said Deputy Education Minister P. Kamalanathan.

“Be bold and motivated to express yourselves correctly in both written and spoken English,” he said at the launch of the Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionary (Ninth Edition) at the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre, Wednesday.
