Income tax can now be paid through credit and debit cards


CYBERJAYA: Taxpayers can now use their Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards as well as debit cards issued by banking institutions to pay tax. 

Deputy Finance Minister Datuk Ahmad Maslan (pic) said the new tax payment method could be made through the 'ByrHASIL' portal provided by the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) at https://byrhasil.hasil.gov.my/

He said the latest initiative by IRB in collaboration with Maybank would ensure easier and faster tax payments.
