GEORGE TOWN: The MCA has again called on Malaysians to re­ject the hudud penal code that the Kelantan government intends to enforce in the state.

Party president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said it was “high time” Malaysians stand up for moderation and reject the hudud capital punishment.
