Sedition Act to be discussed at Umno general assembly, says Hishammuddin


KUALA TERENGGANU: The Sedition Act 1948 will be one of the main issues to be discussed by delegates at the upcoming Umno general assembly, said Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein.

The Umno vice president said it was important for the government to hear out the voices of the party’s grassroots members before making a decision to repeal the controversial act.
