KUALA LUMPUR: DAP has decided to drop a judicial review application against the Registrar of Societies (ROS) challenging its position to not recognise the party’s central executive committee (CEC) elected in September 2013.
The decision to discontinue with the application was made following ROS’ recognition of DAP’s CEC elected on Sept 29 last year and its stand that statements on the matter were merely advice and not legally binding.
