JOHOR BARU: Three scrap metal workers were caught red-handed by police while dismantling a car near Taman Bukit Jaya here.
“The three suspects were busy with their ‘work’ and did not notice that a team of police personnel had been watching them,” said Johor Baru (South) OCPD Asst Comm Sulaiman Salleh.
