KUALA LUMPUR: A man was beaten to death at First Avenue, Bandar Utama, here, on Sunday.
Petaling Jaya police chief ACP Azmi Abu Kassim said in the 2am incident, Tan Bon Hock, 46, together with his three friends were involved in an argument with three suspects near the toilet at an entertainment centre.
"According to the victim's friends who witnessed the incident, one of the suspects called the victim and started to beat, kick and punch him," ACP Azmi said.
The victim's body had been sent to the Universiti Malaya Medical Centre for a post-mortem.
"Investigation is being carried out under section 302 of the Penal Code for murder," he said. - Bernama
