A former policeman was sentenced to 15 years in prison and eight strokes of the rotan by the Sessions Court in Kota Baru for raping a teenage girl five years ago, reported Kosmo!
In passing the sentence, judge Mohd Yusoff Yunus said the prosecution had successfully proven beyond reasonable doubt that the accused was guilty of the crime.
