Cops arrest woman who allegedly whipped daughter's rapist

KOTA BARU: The police have the arrested the woman who allegedly whipped a suspect that raped her 13-year-old daughter.

State CID chief Asst Comm Lai Yong Heng said the woman, 38, was arrested with her husband, 40, and 22-year-old son on Friday night.
