KUALA LUMPUR: Actress Wan Nor Azlin Wan Mohd Husain (pix) failed to strike out a claim by her father over vacant possession of a terrace house in Taman Sri Keramat.
High Court judge Justice Rosilah Yop dismissed the 45-year-old actress' application after ruling that the civil court has jurisdiction to hear the matter.
