PHNOM PENH: Information, Communications and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim attended a programme at Kampung Speu, Chom Kaalee, some 170km from here, which was organised to boost Malaysia and Cambodia's common culture.
The programme was held in conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidiladha celebration at the village.
