KUALA LUMPUR: The body of a baby boy, with its umbilical cord still attached, was found in a solid waste strainer at a sewage plant in Kampung Batu Muda, Jalan Ipoh here on Saturday.
The body was found by one of the workers at the plant at about 11am.
