KUALA LUMPUR: MCA has urged residents in Pengerang affected by the construction of an oil and gas refinery complex to use the right channel to air their views.
Party deputy president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said the Government viewed issues pertaining to the Refinery and Petrochemicals Development (Rapid) project seriously and would want to give the right compensation to the residents.
