A lucky Sharon has fewer obstacles to become bowling champ

PETALING JAYA: Veteran bowler Sharon Koh couldn’t believe her luck as she gets ready to defend the Masters title in the 29th Inter-State and 40th National Bowling Championships, which begin at the Sunway Mega Lanes on Saturday.

Three of her national team-mates – Shalin Zulkifli, Esther Cheah and Syaidatul Afifah Badrul Hamidi – will not be in action.
