PETALING JAYA: Chong Wei Feng could not have asked for a better start as he seeks his first international title as an independent shuttler after reaching the men’s singles third round at the Vietnam Open in Ho Chi Minh City.

The former national shuttler beat Lee Cheuk Yiu of Hong Kong 21-12, 21-17 in the second round on Wednesday.
