KUALA LUMPUR: Independent shuttler Zulfadli Zulkiffli does not think that his lack of training time with the national team will affect team spirit ahead of the Thomas Cup qualifier.

He has only trained for two days with his team-mates – Iskandar Zulkarnain Zainuddin, Soo Teck Zhi and Soong Joo Ven – who are gearing up for the Asia Team Championships in Hyderabad from Feb 15-21. The Asia meet serves as the qualifier for the Thomas Cup Finals, which will be held in Kunshan, China from May 15-22.
