Hassle of getting a maid

I WONDER if this is a common problem faced by employers of maids, or perhaps my husband and I are the only ones at a disadvantage.

Our current Indonesian maid is leaving us for good. We liked her and we believe she was happy working for us. We went through an established employment agency in Kuantan to hire her as a domestic helper.
