FOR many decades, Keretapi Tanah Melayu Bhd (KTMB) has been the only one running passenger and freight trains throughout Peninsular Malaysia, with the exception of Terengganu.
It is hard to imagine anybody else offering these intercity rail services here, but we should get used to that idea.
