A foreign national who was arrested for carrying a fake Hong Kong ID card escaped from police custody on Friday morning – through the ceiling of a hospital washroom.
Police have launched a massive manhunt for the prisoner, who is from the Dominican Republic and is described as being 5ft 5in tall and dark skinned.
