HONG KONG: An eight-year-old boy was pulling his ears and kneeling before crossing a busy road on his knees outside a shopping mall in Hong Kong on Monday night, prompting police to arrest his father.
The alleged child abuse took place on Lam Tin Road outside Kai Tin Shopping Centre at about 9pm on Monday, according to police.
