Elderly couple found dead at home in Mersing after complaint about stench

MERSING: An elderly couple have been found dead in their home along Jalan Kenari at Felda Tenggaroh 3 near Jemaluang here after police investigated a complaint from the public about a stench.

Mersing OCPD Supt Cyril Edward Nuing said police found the bodies of the 72-year-old husband and his 70-year-old wife after breaking into the house at around 11.50pm on Wednesday (Aug 15).
