‘Up to Malaysia’s new Govt to decide on peace talks’

BANGKOK: Thailand will have to wait for the new Malaysian Government’s decision on the future of the southern Thailand peace process.

“We have to wait for confirmation whether the facilitator will be the same or if Malaysia will continue with the policy,” said Thai­­land’s National Security Coun­­cil secretary-general Gen Wan­­lop Raksanor yesterday.
