Doctor drowns in choppy waters at Kudat beach

KOTA KINABALU: A doctor drowned while swimming in choppy seas at the Simpang Mengayau beach in Kudat.

Dr Sivalan Manickavasu, 34, who was stationed at the interior Nabawan health clinic, had gone to the beach with some friends at about 10.35am Sunday (June 3).
