KOTA MARUDU: Parti Bersatu Sabah wants the state Warisan-Pakatan Harapan government to "cease" operations pending a court decision on the legality of the state government helmed by Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal.

PBS acting president Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili said that the court must decide on the legal status of the state government, which is being challenged by Sabah Barisan Nasional chairman Tan Sri Musa Aman, who claims to be the rightful chief minister.
