KOTA KINABALU: The High Court has struck out an originating summons filed by a local-based opposition coalition to compel Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak to table a report on the creation of 13 new state seats in Sabah.
The decision was made by judge Azhahari Kamal Ramli in chambers, lawyer Yong Yit Jee told reporters after the proceedings.
