KOTA BARU: Kota Baru Barisan Nasional has pledged to hold mass "bekwoh" (wedding banquets) twice a year for first-time married couples from all races if it wins the parliamentary and state seats here.
Kota Baru Umno division chief Tan Sri Mohd Fatmi Che Salleh (pic), who unveiled the manifesto for city, said that it had been tailored specifically for the constituency and its voters.
