KUALA LUMPUR: With the general election looming, Pakatan Harapan is racing against time to finalise distribution of state seats to be contested in the polls.
PKR vice-president Nurul Izzah Anwar concedes that it is not an easy process, but remains optimistic that the matter would be thrashed out today by the Opposition grouping, which comprises PKR, DAP, Amanah and Pribumi.
