BATU KAWAN: The fast action of an angler in alerting Road Transport Department (RTD) enforcers who were on an operation in Valdor foiled the plans of four men to steal a cow.
In the incident around 5pm on Friday (Feb 3), a man who was fishing under a bridge in the area witnessed the thieves fleeing with a cow … in their car!
