GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Chinese Clan Council (PCCC) wants a public dialogue session with the state government on issues surrounding Penang Chinese New Year Celebrations 2018 and the historical 50, Love Lane.

Its chairman Anthony Chang said he wants the dialogue to be ‘one against four’: him against Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, Tanjong MP Ng Wei Aik, Jelutong MP Jeff Ooi and the chief minister’s political secretary Wong Hon Wai.
