KOTA KINABALU: The Sessions Court here has set Jan 30 to decide on an application for a joint trial for the four people at the centre of the Sabah Water Department money-laundering case.
Judge Abu Bakar Manat set the date after the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) applied for the joint hearing of money laundering cases involving former Sabah Water Department deputy director Teo Chee Kong and that of former director Ag Tahir Ag Talib, his wife and a state Finance Ministry technical advisor.
