GEORGE TOWN: Penang MCA is disappointed that two elected representatives are barred from helping out with the registration of flood victims for the one-off RM700 aid given by the Penang government.
State MCA chairman Datuk Tan Teik Cheng said it was unfair to stop Kebun Bunga assemblyman Cheah Kah Peng and Tanjung Bunga assemblyman Teh Yee Cheu from helping out with the cause.
