GEORGE TOWN: Chief Justice Tan Sri Md Raus Sharif heads the state honours list in the investiture ceremony to mark Yang di-Pertua Negri Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas’ 79th birthday.
He is awarded the Datuk Utama Pangkuan Negeri (DUPN) which is the highest award in Penang and carries the Datuk Seri Utama title.
