City Hall worker pleads not guilty to beating wife

KUALA LUMPUR: A Kuala Lumpur City Hall general assistant claimed trial at a Sessions Court here to a charge of beating his 37-year-old wife.

Mohd Awalluddin Kasim was charged with intentionally causing grievous hurt to his wife Shafaridah Rasid at their home in Flat Sri Sabah 3A, Jalan Cheras here at 9.30pm on June 19.
