Driver of van in Kuala Krai accident did not have licence

KOTA BARU: The driver of the van involved in the accident at Kuala Krai on Friday, in which seven students lost their lives, did not possess a driving licence.

However, Kuala Krai deputy police chief DSP Zulkarnain Ismail Al Haj said the 24-year-old man did not have any record of traffic offences and also tested negative for drugs.
