KOTA BARU: The Kelantan National Anti-Drug Agency has declared war on drug addiction after the state recorded a 13% increase in the number of new addicts.
State agency director Rohayu Ahmad said Ops Perdana was initiated to aggressively conduct raids to round up addicts.
