GEORGE TOWN: The Health Ministry will pay compensation to the family of Fong Meng Tuck whose body was wrongly handed over to another party by Penang Hospital's Forensic Department last November. Its Deputy Minister Datuk Seri Dr Hilmi Yahaya said the ministry was discussing the quantum to be paid.
“We regret the error and admit our mistake at the hospital. Police had issued a statement that the cremated body belonged to the Fong family.
