PETALING JAYA: The Employment Insurance System (EIS), which is designed to help workers and employers cope with a demanding labour market, will start next year.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak announced yesterday that the scheme will benefit around 6.5 million local employees in the private sector.
