KUALA LUMPUR: Three spa company directors, a cashier and nine China nationals have claimed trial in a Sessions Court here to using a premise as a place for immoral activity, hiring foreign workers without permit and offering sexual services.
The three directors of Rapid Promotion Sdn Bhd - Moi Fong Mei, 50, Koo Fan Yong, 53, and Liew Poi Shan, 34 - were charged in their capacity as the owners of Mirama Health Club at Mirama Hotel, Jalan Maharajalela here as a brothel on March 6.
