KOTA KINABALU: Bunga Suara Dandai, the mother of two Sabah politicians and younger sister to former chief minister and governor Tun Sakaran Dandai, passed away at her home in Semporna on Thursday.
The 85-year-old, whose eight children include Semporna MP Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal and Lahad Datu assemblyman Datuk Yusop Apdal, died of old age related illnesses at 6.30am Thursday.
