GEORGE TOWN: A businessman who incurred medical costs of RM178,000 after he was admitted to a private hospital for pneumonia has been sued after he failed to settle the remaining RM97,000 bill.
The suit by the private hospital in Penang named N. Ponnusamy, 45, and his son P. Nirmal Kumara, 22, a college student, as defendants in the case which has been fixed to be heard on April 22 at a magistrate’s court here.
